Attorneys

Josephine Hwang is a graduate of Whittier Law School in Los Angeles, California. She earned her bachelors degree in English from Mount St. Mary's College. Her previous work experience includes several years with the Asian Pacific ("APALC"), the largest Asian Pacific American non-profit organization in Southern California. As staff attorney at the APALC, she served a large base of clients in such practice areas as poverty law, family law, housing law, consumer law, immigration law, and governmental benefits (SSI).

She also was employed at GENEX Services, a private health management corporation, as staff attorney in the Social Security Disability unit. She maintained a heavy caseload and represented numerous clients in pursuing Social Security Disability benefits.
